Services now being offered:

LUNCH
A nourishing lunch is served weekdays from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. A donation of $2.50 for seniors 60+ and $3.50 for those under 60. Reservations are accepted the previous weekday for the following day lunch.

TRANSPORTATION
Van transportation is provided for our less agile seniors to our lunch program and for special event trips. We sell bus passes to seniors and offer transportation for shopping after lunch on Thursdays.

SOCIAL & HEALTH SERVICES
The Center provides information & referral services to many agencies and programs that offer assistance and benefits to older citizens. Screening services offered in-house are blood pressure, discussion groups on bereavement, Braille, chiropractic, dental, hearing, HICAP, legal, peer support and tax assistance.

PROJECT CARE
This branch of senior services provides the “Vial of Life” and “Are You OK?” calls each day, fire department smoke detectors and minor repairs.

COMPUTER CLASSES
All computer classes, beginners to Windows, are held at the Panorama building located at 131 Richmar Ave.

EDUCATION AND RECREATION ACTIVITIES
Trailblazers (travel group), Exercise classes, Line Dancing, Sunday dancing, Arts and Crafts, Bingo, Bridge, Pinochle, Pool, Creative Writing, Beginning Spanish, Health & Beauty Hints and many more group programs.
