Program for 3-5 years old low income and special needs children. Programs are usually 3½ hrs a day, five days a week. The state preschool at this same site is basically the same program as Head Start, but is funded by the State of California. Serves 90 children in a part day program

Provide comprehensive adult education services for immigrants, amnesty, older adults, vocation, literacy and high school diploma (incl. GED prep and testing), services for disabled, parent education, health and safety, homemaking and community service.
