Grandview East is a 99-space all-age Community in Yucaipa, San Bernardino County.
A dramatic front wall greets the visitor at the entrance to our community. The main street leads to the recreation center and adjacent children’s play area. Other buildings include a laundry facility, detached residence and storage garage..
We purchased Grandview in May 2001 with the help of the Yucaipa Redevelopment
Agency. Yucaipa allowed us to sell low interest tax-exempt bonds and
provided other assistance. This enabled us to bring our program to Grandview
as follows:
Additional funds are set aside each year for long-term capital improvements
to bring the park back to its former glory.| Roll over image to view New Playground. |

Since the acquisition of Grandview Estates East, Millennium Housing has upgraded the electrical system, painted the clubhouse, improved the landscaping, and resurfaced the streets. We have made these improvements without passing the costs onto our residents.
Our most recent project was the construction of a new play area for Grandview East Estates. The pre-existing playground was limiting and dated; consisting of a slide, monkey bars, and a fireman’s pole. Since Grandview is home to numerous children, Millennium Housing decided to expand and improve this area to provide a fun, safe play area that appeals to various age levels.
The new playground includes two different slides, a bridge, a fireman’s pole, interactive panels, and teeter totters along with other playground equipment and several benches for the families to use while their children enjoy the playground. The new playground is wheel chair accessible and rests on a cushioned surface providing a safe environment for the children.

Working together with our homeowners, we are committed to maintaining Grandview East as a quality living environment in a fast-growing community.
