Palomar East is a beautiful, 5-Star, 372-space community for persons over 55 years of age. Covering 54 acres, Palomar East is the first phase of the impressive Palomar Estates Manufactured Home Community located north of San Diego in the City of San Marcos.
Palomar East is among the finest manufactured home communities in California,
with very large homesites, big homes, wide streets and lush landscaping.
Amenities in Palomar East include a 7,300 square foot clubhouse/recreation
center, spa, pool, two tennis courts, putting green, billiards, craft
room, covered shuffleboard courts, laundry, car wash, RV parking and
many other features.
Palomar residents are an active group, as can be seen by reviewing the monthly calendar of events in The Breeze, the lively park magazine. There are several clubs, well-attended social functions and many opportunities for involvement in the Palomar community. As owner we meet often with the Homeowners’ Board to determine park policies, set budget priorities and capital improvement needs. The Board alerts us to areas that need improvement and acts as a conduit for resident input.
We purchased Palomar Estates East and West in March 2003 with the help of the San Marcos Redevelopment Agency. San Marcos made a grant of $800,000 and allowed us to sell low interest tax-exempt bonds. This enabled us to bring the Millennium program to Palomar, as follows:

All funds remaining after paying the bills and Millennium’s
asset management fee remain in the park for homeowner activities, rental
assistance, additional improvements and other items suggested in consultation
with the Homeowners’ Association.Palomar East Estates provides a highly desirable lifestyle for residents over 55 years of age at an affordable cost. Millennium’s role, working closely with the Homeowners’ Association, is to preserve and, if possible, improve upon the beautiful Palomar environment while maintaining the long-term affordability to our homeowners.
