Welcome to Hacienda Valley Estates, a beautiful community for residents over 55 years of age in the City of Morgan Hill.
Morgan Hill, conveniently located 12 miles south of San Jose, the economic
center of the Silicon Valley, 10 miles north of Gilroy and 15 miles inland
from the Pacific Coast, is known for its small town atmosphere, sense of
community and reasonable housing costs. These traits are clearly in evidence
in our community.
Hacienda’s
166 spaces are spread over 20 landscaped acres, resulting in a low density
of about 8 homes per acre. The 3,700 square foot Community Center contains
a large meeting hall with restrooms, billiards, game and craft rooms, kitchen
and park office. Adjacent to the Community Center are a pool, covered spa,
horseshoe pits, men’s and women’s saunas and many other features.
Other amenities include large lots, wide streets, ample RV parking, carwash and attractive landscaping. Homesites reflect a pride of ownership that is readily apparent. In our opinion, however, the finest amenity is the great people that live in Hacienda. You will feel right at home here!
Millennium bought Hacienda November, 2004. Our project was financed with tax-exempt bonds issued by the Independent Cities Lease Finance Authority and a $1,200,000 loan from the Morgan Hill Redevelopment Agency. The City’s cooperation enabled us to bring the Millennium program to Hacienda, as follows:
Millennium
will follow the guidelines of Morgan Hill’s rent control ordinance,
even if rent control is repealed by a later City Council or Court. This
